By improving the pay off dynamics, Fiber Quick Cutter FQC, Automatic Fiber Launcher AFL, Jelly circulation feedback from the crosshead, all timed in precicision with EKP800/1000F, your downtime and scrap rate on buffering will be reduced to minimum. In addition human errors in fiber cutting and launching will be history. If the process is up to it, we can launch and cut fibers at 500 m/min. The fiber change time from production to production can be as low as 30 s.

COOLING TROUGH UPGRADES
Increase your process speed and stabilize the EFL! By changing the FO800 single wheel capstan with the DWC600 dual wheel capstan you gain more process control and less EFL variation. Add a propotional water valve and improved mobile trough water flow guides at the same time for maximum speeds.
