Premises Cable Extrusion Line - OFC 43

The Nextrom strander LPF 15 is a SZ strander for optical premises cables. LPF 15 based to lay-plate principle, every element to strand has separate guides through the lay plates and through stranding head to the stranding point. There is an additional path in the middle for the strength member. The lay plates are marked as quarters to have easy and clear threading up. For fast start up, Nextrom has special tool kit available. With this threading tool the operator can thread all tight buffers at the same time. This will decrease the preparation time significantly.
