Rosendahl's unique SZ Stranding Technology (SSZ) is designed to manufacture fiber optic cables for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications with a flexible layout.

Stranding can be done either as stand-alone process or tandemized with the sheathing process. High production speeds, long batches, reduced set-ups and down times will enhance the productivity of the SZ Stranding process to a new level. Advanced new technical solutions like torsion shaft lay-plate SZ Stranding machines, dual cross binders with an adequate line control system enable a controlled stranding process in all circumstances with low stranding tension fluctuation, accurate and stable lay length and constant binding tension. The stranding technology supports both - the stranding of jelly filled as well as complete dry cable designs.
