Advanced Coloring System OFC 52i improves productivity and provides the flexibility to manufacturing a variety of quality products. A robust mechanical and electrical design, in combination with optimized tooling, improved UV lamp system, UV monitoring instrumentation and increased spool sizes provide the capability to produce longer fiber lengths with faster set-ups. The result is a significant productivity improvement. This system allows high speed up to 3000 m/min.
